The printable comes with six preselected images of the most common dad type actives.  I will try and add another set of printables with other activities such as golf and baseball soon.  If you have a specific activity that you would like to see, please email me and I will try and get that done for ya.

The second download was a request for a father that loves to fish, target practice, and which the car races.  I’m always willing to help make a custom sheet, just send me an email with your request.

Here is a supplies list:

  • Empty soda bottles with twist off lids and holder
  • 4 sheets of coordinating paper
  • 2 sheets of off-white paper
  • coordinating ink pad
  • 1-1/4” circle punch
  • 1” circle punch
  • paper cutter
  • Mod Podge and sponge brush
  • snacks of your choice

Alright now that we got our supplies, print two sets of images onto off-white paper.  You will only need the small circles and the oval label from the second set.

030

Use scissors to cut out the bigger circles and the oval label. Make sure to cut outside of the black line, you want the black line to show on your project.

026

Use the 1-1/4” circle punch on one set of small circles, these will be used to make the tags that hang from the top of the bottles.  Use the 1” circle punch on the other set of small circles, these will be used on top of the bottle caps.

046

Using a coordinating ink pad, ink the sides of all the circles.

054

Using the box as a template, trace and cut out the front, back, two sides and top of the drink carrier. (I forgot to take a picture of the top aka handle part of the drink carrier.)  Ink the sides of each piece of paper.

068

Using Mod Podge glue the coordinating paper onto the drink carrier.

070

Attach oval labels to the front and back of the box.

075

Using the rest of the coordinating paper cut out 8.5” x 3” bands of paper to wrap around each bottles.  Use Mod Podge to glue down only the ends of the paper to the bottles.

Quick side note: you do not need to remove the original labels from bottles.

After attaching the paper bands around the bottles, apply Mod Podge to the back of the circular  labels and attach to the paper bands.

086

For the twist off bottle caps, apply Mod Podge to the back of the small 1” circles and press firmly onto the bottle caps and let dry.

Lastly, fill the bottles with your selected snacks, attach your 1-1/4” tags with ribbon to the neck of the bottles and twist the bottle caps back on to seal them closed and keep them fresh.
